LCN BY Dr. D is a professional meal planning, food and exercise logging tool that can be utilized for numerous things. All specific meal and dietary guideline plans with LCN by Dr. D require prior blood lab results, RMR testing, and VO2 max testing (if needed). LCN by Dr. D may be used for:
1. Daily meal logging in conjunction with specific dietary guidelines from Dr. D under any LCN by Dr. D Wellness Plan. This is usually targeted for any individual looking to get in better shape and health.
2. Daily meal logging in conjunction with specific dietary and exercise guidelines for a specific sports nutrition program with Dr. D. This is usual targeted for an athlete looking at improving sports performance in their specific sport (VO2 max test recommended for this feature).
3. Daily meal logging in conjunction with specific dietary and exercise guidelines (if requested) with Dr. D for a physique show prep which includes these divisions: bodybuilding, figure, bikini, physique, and classic physique. Meal prep for this option can include both off season and contest prep. Ongoing communication with this feature is also done through the LCN by Dr. D ap messaging system.
4. Daily meal, and exercise logging just to track your daily intake and exercise under no specific meal plan with LCN by Dr. D. No blood, rmr, or VO2 max testing required for this feature. This is still a great tracking feature to monitor your daily progress.

The CNS credential is the gold standard for advanced nutrition professionals in the United States. He is also a Doctorate of Chiropractic Medicine and a licensed Chiropractic Physician. You can login to LCN BY DR. D by using the username and password that was provided by DR. D when your web based cloud account is set up. Your personalized meal plan, grocery list, daily caloric goal, exercise guidelines and weight control goal are setup by Dr. D on your web cloud account, then pushed to the LCN By Dr. D app. The nutritional and weight management goals include your daily calorie budget, goal weight, BMI, macronutrient ratios and other important factors that attribute to better overall health, nutritional habits and weight control.
How it works: Once you login to LCN By Dr. D app you can access your daily meal plan as recommended by Dr. D, grocery list, log foods and activities to track your daily amount of calories consumed or burned during activities, and compare those numbers with what has been established by Dr. D. LCN by Dr. Ds cloud account also allows logging online via a web based portal. Regardless if you log on your phone or the cloud account, all data is syncd up and down. This logged information can then be viewed and monitored by Dr. D for better coaching and compliance to your personal plan.
